Step by step
Open the bot
Tap Open in Telegram, then Start in the chat with @MakeVideoNoteBot.
Forward the voice message
Long-press the voice message → Forward → choose @MakeVideoNoteBot. To forward several, select them and forward them together; each one gets its own menu.
Tap “MP3”
For a voice message the bot shows one button: 🎵 MP3. Tap it.
Save the file
The bot replies with an MP3 audio file. Save it from the file's menu or share it to another app.
